- Melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together until smooth.
- Whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until no dry streaks remain.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into a muffin tin or onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until crackly on top and soft in the center.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.

Store the brookie bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve with cold milk, coffee, or vanilla ice cream for an extra cozy dessert.
