Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • icing from cinnamon roll package

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Press cinnamon roll pieces evenly into the greased baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  4. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the dough layer.
  5. Swirl the cinnamon filling through the top layer.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Drizzle generously with icing while warm before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Serve warm with coffee, fresh fruit, or vanilla ice cream for an extra cozy treat.
