Method
- Mix the vanilla cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
- Fill a mini muffin pan with the batter.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Cool the cake bites completely.
- Pipe vanilla pudding or pastry cream onto each bite.
- Heat the heavy cream.
- Pour the heated cream over the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Stir until the ganache is smooth and glossy.
- Spoon ganache over the tops of the bites.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
