- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Slice the rolls in half and spread the cream filling inside.
- Heat the heavy cream and pour it over the chocolate chips.
- Stir the chocolate mixture until glossy and smooth.
- Spoon the ganache heavily over the tops of the filled rolls.
- Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
- Chill the rolls for 20–30 minutes before serving.
