- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Tortillas Brush the flour tortillas with olive oil on both sides and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add Sauce and Cheese Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the pizza sauce.
- Add Toppings Top with your favorite pizza toppings: sliced pepperoni, crumbled sausage, sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, and sliced mushrooms.
- Bake Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tortillas are crispy.
- Garnish and Serve Remove the pizza tacos from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil and parsley over the top. Add red pepper flakes if desired. Fold each tortilla in half like a taco and enjoy!

- For extra crispy tortillas, consider using a pizza stone or preheating the baking sheet before placing the tortillas on it.
