Ingredients
โข 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
โข 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
โข 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
โข 1 tsp garlic powder
โข 1/2 tsp onion powder
โข 1/2 tsp paprika
โข 1/2 tsp salt
โข 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.
5. Bake uncovered for 25โ30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.
6. Optional: Broil for the last 2โ3 minutes for extra browning on top.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
