Description

This Melt In Your Mouth Chicken is creamy, tender, and bursting with savory flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something cozy, quick, and absolutely delicious.


Ingredients

▢ 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

▢ 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

▢ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

▢ 1 tsp garlic powder

▢ 1/2 tsp onion powder

▢ 1/2 tsp paprika

▢ 1/2 tsp salt

▢ 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.

5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden and bubbly.

6. Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for extra browning on top.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
