Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken Breasts 3-4 breasts
2 Cups Salsa as spicy as you like
1 15-oz Jar Queso Dip
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Cumin Powder
4 Ounces Cream Cheese cut into pieces
Serving: tortillas sour cream, cheese, chips, tomatoes, olives, lettuce, jalapenos, onions.
Instructions

Add Chicken to Crockpot
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. -
Add Salsa & Queso
Pour the salsa and queso dip evenly over the chicken. -
Season the Mixture
Sprinkle chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin over the top. Gently swirl the spices into the sauce without disturbing the chicken. -
Top with Cream Cheese
Add cream cheese pieces over the top. Don’t stir. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7–8 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. -
Shred the Chicken
Remove chicken from the pot and place in a large bowl. Shred using two forks or an electric mixer. -
Finish the Sauce
Stir the cream cheese into the remaining sauce in the crockpot until fully melted and smooth. -
Combine and Serve
Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir everything together. Serve warm with your favorite toppings or over tortillas, chips, or lettuce wraps.
