Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken
    Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets. Pat them dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Sear the Chicken
