▢ 8 ounces angel hair pasta
▢ Salt, to taste
▢ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
▢ 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
▢ 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
▢ 3 cloves garlic, sliced
▢ 1/8 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (or more to taste)
▢ 1/2 to 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, to taste
▢ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

5. Add Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Toss again until evenly coated.
6. If needed, loosen the pasta with reserved pasta water.
